Dates for your awareness - Practice Changes
From Monday 2nd March, 2020, all calls made to our Chestnuts Surgery will be transferred to our Hallgate Surgery telephone system.
We have heard your feedback loud and clear, and want to ensure that our telephone queues are tackled in an efficient way as soon as possible. In addition, the new system will allow us to measure our incoming call volumes to review how we manage our calls over time.

How you manage your prescriptions: an update.
Dates for your awareness - Practice and Local Pharmacy Changes
From 1st February 2020, our Hallgate and Chestnuts Surgeries will no longer facilitate prescription orders over the telephone.
Due to building works for the new surgery, and in an effort to minimise telephone queues from your recent feedback, we encourage all of our patients to register for our electronic services.

Clinical Systems Merge
Prior to the physical merge of the two GP surgeries, we are launching a merge of clinical systems only and bringing the two practice lists together. From a patients perspective you will attend your respective surgery sites (locations) as normal.

We are pleased to announce that Hallgate & Chestnuts Surgery are coming together!
This will lay the ground work over the next 9 months to prepare us for an extension planned to the King Street site.
